Because of the limited space on the platform on top of the Uhrturm we went for the smallest possible dome, a fully automated ScopeDome 2m model. The dome was fully assembled and moved by crane to the the platform right after the glass walls surrounding the platform were put in place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everything happened on a single day in November 2019. Below are a few impressions of the installation of the glass walls and the dome. <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>And a little drone movie of the observatory dome being lifted to the top of the Uhrturm and put in place between the temporary support structure for the glas walls. wait for the completion of the glass cuboid and the  roof as well as the electrical installation, which took a little while due to the winter weather.
