This combined set of 15 hours of H-alpha and OIII narrowband data allows to bring out all the intricate structure in this supernova remnant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To emphasize the nebulosity even more, the stars were removed from both narrowband channels using StarNet++ before further processing and combination into a bi-color image. Make sure to look at this image in the full-screen viewer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/turm.physik.tu-darmstadt.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/PickeringsTriangle_HO_9584x300sec_HOO1_HIST_CROPROT.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/turm.physik.tu-darmstadt.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/PickeringsTriangle_HO_9584x300sec_HOO1_HIST_CROPROT-1140x871.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-901\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The animation below shows the individual narrowband channels as grayscale images, then the combined bi-color image, and finally the same image with star added back in.
